Goretzka is having a great season even if Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann, who Goretzka looked up to during his time with Bayern, did not choose him for the March international window. Scouts were sent to witness the Bavarians play Lazio in the Champions League.

Leon Goretzka is attracting interest from Juventus. For the second leg against Lazio, two representatives of the Italian club traveled to Munich to witness the midfielder and other players up close. On the other hand, Goretzka would much rather remain in Munich during the summer. Furthermore, it’s unclear if a club would be prepared to provide the required financial package.
