The first Utah Jazz free agent has reportedly found a new home
According to reports, the first free agent signed by the Utah Jazz this summer has found a new home.
Chris Haynes said on Monday night that guard Kris Dunn has reached an agreement to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers. The agreement’s terms are not yet disclosed.
In just over a season, the 6-foot-3, 205-pound Dunn brought back his NBA career with the Jazz. After spending ten months playing in the NBA G League, Dunn signed a 10-day contract in February 2023 with the Jazz. He immediately made an impression, which convinced the team to offer him a multiyear contract.
Dunn played in 66 games (32 starts) for Utah in the 2023–24 season, averaging 18.9 minutes per game, 5.4 points, 3.8 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and one steal.

Furthermore, Dunn—the fifth overall selection in the 2016 NBA Draft—developed into a valuable vocal leader with experience for a youthful Jazz team that ended with a 31-51 record.

If the Jazz can realize Eubanks’ full potential, this could be a wise decision.
For the Suns, it’s a difficult defeat that further reduces their roster and adds another challenge to their pursuit of the Western Conference title.
They now need to find a replacement for Eubanks’ bulk and abilities.
